"Cactus è un simbolo. Cactus cresce in un ambiente ostile, arido, sopravvive in condizioni difficili ed è protetto dalle sue spine.

L'impulso da cui è nato "Cactus" è stato generato da questa metafora, una metafora che per noi si è iscritta nel percorso che ha portato alla realizzazione del disco.

Lo sforzo di creare un prodotto nuovo (originale) partendo da una realtà provinciale, spesso restia ad una ricezione culturalmente avanzata, in cui tutto ruota attorno ad un panorama artistico ormai inaridito e privo di impulsi, ci ha portato diritti nella confusione della metropoli in cui la vastità delle proposte mette in gioco una forza propositiva e di sopravvivenza maggiore.

Il Cactus si erige in questo modo a totem solitario, è una fuga, un ritorno, una difesa, una provocazione."
